MUJI USA accepts returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date when accompanied by the original receipt. Please note that certain items, such as innerwear and final sale products, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization form is included inside the box.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
