We offer standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States via FedEx or USPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery destination.
Can I return or exchange items purchased online?
Yes, online purchases can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided items are in their original packaging and condition. Please note that certain items like innerwear and food are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, MUJI USA only ships to addresses within the United States. For orders in other countries, please visit the respective MUJI regional website.

How can I track my order status?

Why are some items unavailable online but in stock at retail stores?
Our online and retail store inventories are managed separately. If an item is out of stock online, we recommend contacting your local MUJI store to check for physical availability.
